To design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications by integrating robust backend services with modern front-end interfaces. This role is key in ensuring technical excellence and seamless user experiences across all our digital platforms.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Laravel and front-end proficiency in Next.js. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into scalable software solutions that deliver measurable results. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional roles under the supervision of the Software Development Manager to deliver reliable, maintainable, and secure code

• Develop scalable backend applications using Laravel (PHP).
• Build high-performance, responsive front-end interfaces with Next.js (React).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and analysts to translate business needs into functional software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
• Contribute to system architecture and software documentation.

• Strong understanding of full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in full-stack development, specifically with Laravel and Next.js.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
