Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling real estate properties, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role focuses on direct client engagement, property presentations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Generate leads and actively promote residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, showings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Convince potential customers to close deals and protect company interests in all circumstances


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Contact prospects and Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, Follow-ups, comments and complaints on our CRM System
  • Coordinate contract signing process & recording sales transactions on the system
  • Handle customer complaints actively and resolve them on time


Team Collaboration & Reporting

·Collaborate with Sales Team Leader and colleagues to share best practices and sales strategies.

·      Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.

·Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Sales Team Leader.

·Represents his/her immediate supervisor in his/her absence


Market & Competitor Awareness

·      Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.

·      Provide feedback to the Sales Team Leader and management on opportunities, client needs, and market conditions.

·      Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events as needed.

Compliance & Professionalism

·      Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

·      Represent the company professionally, maintaining the brand image at all times.

·      Attend field visits, property exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related fields no experience required.
