Job Summary

Managing facilities, supplies, security and resource conservation, maintenance, and other support services to create conducive working environment

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform buying and supply chain duties, when necessary, as per guiding policy and procedure
  • Analyze the purchase request from the user section and determine the appropriate method of procurement
  • Receive purchase requests from requester, prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • Ensure the delivery of items on time as per users demand and specifications
  • Prepare suppliers offer analysis and get users comment if necessary for improvement
  • Maintain purchase orders or contracts or all relevant documents and provide for finance for payments
  • Follow up the logistics and facilities processes are done as per the company procedure
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements

BA Degree in Procurement or supply relation Management or related fields with at least 3-years proven experience in in multi-culture setting organizations.
