Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales function, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role ensures strategic planning, market expansion, client relationship management, and operational excellence in all sales activities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management
- Develop and implement objective strategic plans that achieve sales targets and expand the customer base to boost revenues.
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
- Communicate the value proposition of products and services effectively to management and the sales team through presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in developing sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reporting for the Branch Sales Manager and the team.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, including Branch Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Representatives.
- Define KPIs for each team member, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.
- Ensure a minimum self and team sale per month.
Business Development & Client Management
- Build, maintain, and retain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and secure high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies, including handling customer complaints promptly.
- Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with potential customers both externally and internally.
- Coordinate, lead, and participate in field visits for prospects.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance using metrics and KPIs.
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit them in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Advertising & Promotion, and Sales team) to develop sales strategies and ensure effectiveness in generating leads and conversions.
- Monitor competitor sales activities and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in devising improved sales strategies.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields with at least 8-10-year proven experience in as sales area or equivalent positions in multicultural setting organizations
