Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Officer will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across multiple business units, including Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Technology, Advertising, and Construction Services. The role requires a visionary strategist with strong leadership skills to develop integrated campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
The Senior Marketing Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, cohesive brand positioning, and data-driven performance across the entire corporate portfolio.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and each business unit’s objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Define and manage the corporate brand architecture to ensure unified messaging across all business units.
Campaign & Demand Generation
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships).
- Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to support sales objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to optimize marketing tactics and maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Provide marketing guidance and support to business unit leaders to improve product positioning and go-to-market effectiveness.
Brand Management & Communications
- Oversee company’s brand identity, messaging, tone, visual standards, and communications.
- Manage internal communications to align stakeholders with marketing priorities.
- Lead public relations, media engagements, and strategic partnerships that elevate corporate reputation.
Digital & Growth Marketing
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including CRM optimization, marketing automation, SEO/SEM strategy, and analytics.
- Champion customer experience optimization and digital touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Oversee social media strategy and content marketing to enhance engagement and audience reach.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and campaign spend.
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts with agencies and external partners.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field: Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic planning, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns
